Basement Renovation

This project involved gutting the entire basement, adding a bathroom, bar, media area, wine cave, and entertainment area in a style that fit with the modernized feel of the home. Radiant heat was added to maximize comfort in winter, but in summer when off, the natural slate floor keeps the room cool.
